Where i can see the Privacy Policy of your services?

Track-Platform fully respects the privacy of their users, therefore we make sure that our company will fully comply with the new GDPR legislation. Any user (paid or free-trial) can request to have their account deleted at any time, this can be done inside your account dashboard or by contacting us. Free trial accounts that have not been active (defined as having made at least one sign in their account dashboard) for three months are deleted automatically. For paying customers we, of course, have to keep records of all completed transactions for tax purposes.

How many devices can i add on my account?

There aren’t any limitations on the number of devices you can monitor through our vehicle tracking application. Once you purchase the appropriate license that suits your needs, you can add as many devices as you wish! In order to get more details regarding the pricing of our services, please contact us.

How much does it cost to use your software?

The pricing on our Tracking software depends on how many devices you want to monitor through our GPS tracking application. You can add from one to thousands of GPS Tracker devices in our software, by choosing the membership plan you wish.

What if i need support?

In case you need any kind of support, you are welcome to use our contact page in order to reach our team or you can use our live chat feature(bottom right corner of your screen). If you have a technical question, it is best to create a support ticket by visiting our Ticketing System here.

Can i change membership or cancel my account anytime?

Yes you can cancel your membership anytime you want, simply by sending us an email at contact@tracking-platform.com. If you have paid a membership on our software and you wish to cancel your membership the first 7 days you will get a full refund.

If you want to cancel your membership later than 7 days, a refund is not available.

Our Tracking Software comes with 5 different maps, so you can choose the one you prefer the most! At the moment the following maps are available at our Tracking Platform Software:
